By accessing or using the Site, registering an account, or placing a bid, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Eligibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Site and its services are intended for business use by professional buyers, traders, remarketers, repair businesses, and recyclers. By registering, you represent that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • You are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • If registering on behalf of a company, you have authority to bind that company to these Terms; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • All registration information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    We reserve the right to refuse registration or bidding access to any individual or entity at our sole discretion, including for failure to meet our bidder verification requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2. Account Registration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    To bid or purchase inventory, you must register for an account via our “Register to Bid” process. You are responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • All activity that occurs under your account; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      We may suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      3. Products and Inventory<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      • All items listed (smartphones, tablets, laptops, computers, parts, and accessories) are pre-owned\/used unless otherwise stated, and are sold on an “as-is, where-is”<\/strong> basis unless a specific written warranty is provided at the time of sale.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Inventory availability, condition grading, and descriptions are provided to the best of our knowledge but are not guaranteed to be error-free. We reserve the right to correct errors in listings, pricing, or descriptions at any time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Product photos are representative and may not depict the exact condition of individual units in bulk lots.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        4. Auctions and Bidding<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

        • Approved bidders may access and bid on current auction lots after logging in.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • All bids are binding offers to purchase<\/strong> at the bid price, and a winning bid creates a binding obligation to complete the purchase in accordance with these Terms and any applicable auction-specific rules.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • We reserve the right to set reserve prices, withdraw lots, cancel or extend auctions, and reject or invalidate any bid at our discretion, including bids we reasonably believe are fraudulent, erroneous, or placed in violation of these Terms.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
